13 CMP benefits BEFORE THE CMP Information between the actors involved passed through s, phone calls, excel files INTEGRATION MISSING The goods destined to the port had to follow a long bureaucratic process, where hardly the computer systems were integrated with paper ones. AFTER THE CMP Integrated information flows with almost total savings of paper and manual management.
