2 Automated Order Processing with NetSuite Integration An automated order processing solution which integrated the company s Intranet based order processing website with their NetSuite account. The integrated solution facilitates the client with automated creation & updating of sales/purchase orders and customer/vehicle details into NetSuite, as well as a customized Job Scheduler, Job Roster and Job Calendar functions. Developed using SuiteTalk, SuiteScript,.NET, C# Billing for Government Projects A solution to track and manage contractor billing for government projects that complies with government regulations. The solution involved NetSuite integration and custom application development including: DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) On-Demand Solution A solution that extends NetSuite s out-of-the-box functionality by automating much of the strict project costing, book keeping and time keeping activities needed by government contractors. The DCAA OnDemand solution consists of integrated modules that support the following functionality: Project Status, Reporting, Cost Allocation, Payroll Cost Allocation and DCAA Compliant Time Entry. 3 Auction Data Import into NetSuite Integrated the client's gun auction website with NetSuite. For this purpose a background script was developed in NetSuite that fetches gun auction information from third party websites via web services. For each auction imported in NetSuite, this script automatically creates the relevant customer records and auction & sales order records. Developed using SuiteScript, NetSuite Customer & Sales Order modules. Shopping Cart Customizations Custom shipping cost calculations for a client s NetSuite based shopping cart. The custom shipping cost is calculated for selected items based on criteria provided by the client. Developed using SuiteScript & the NetSuite WebStore. NetSuite Web Services Migration Migrated a number of smbxml technology based implementations of Suite Business Software's clients to NetSuite s new integration standard for system to system integration SuiteTalk. Developed using SuiteTalk & Web Services. NetSuite Based Donor Management Solution A customized, NetSuite based donor management solution segmentation, campaigns, magazine subscriptions and fund raising events.

4 EC-Batch System Integration with NetSuite Integrated 3 Delta Systems EC-Batch system solution with their NetSuite account. The integration allows the client to take daily merchant orders in NetSuite and send their details to the EC-Batch System for payment processing. The results of the transactions are then posted back to the relevant orders in NetSuite. Developed using SuiteTalk & NetSuite Sales Order module. NetSuite Integrated Web based Order Entry Application A web application that integrates the client s NetSuite account with Call Source. The solution provides the client with the ability to: Upload hotel-usage records, obtained from Call Source, for commission tracking and invoice generation. Utilize a Web Application to assign hotel-use records to the company s auditors Implement business rules to create new invoices in NetSuite, based on variable commission levels Developed using SuiteScript, HTML and NetSuite Sales Order module. Prolog Logistics Web Portal Integration Integrated Hoven Vision s NetSuite account with Prolog Logistics' 3PL web portal via an automated integration connector. The solution provides Hoven Vision with a complete Order Workflow system via which orders are input & extracted from NetSuite, posted to Prolog Logistics for shipping & shipped/fulfilled orders then updated in NetSuite. Folio3 implemented a CSV parser for parsing orders from the Halo DSS, Halo Clockworks & Halo National systems and void sales orders directly in their NetSuite account.
