The data in the systems is synchronized, enabling NetSuite users to create, read, update and delete data that is used on jobs (i.e. customer information) and for users of either system to create, read, update, delete and invoice transactional data (i.e. sales orders, jobs and invoices). 01

2 FUNCTIONS FieldAware for NetSuite has two main functions. They are: To create, read, update and delete list type data (data that is used on jobs and transactions in FieldAware and NetSuite) and maintain the integrity of that data. As a NetSuite user creates, reads, updates of deletes data, changes are immediately made in FieldAware as well. To create, read, update, delete and invoice transactional data (sales orders, jobs, invoices) in either NetSuite or FieldAware. As users in either system create, read, update, delete or invoice data, both systems are updated immediately. The functionality of FieldAware for NetSuite is depicted in the illustration below. INTEGRATION POINTS FieldAware for NetSuite has three main integration points. They include: 1. Synchronization of List Data: Create, Read, Update, Delete Customer in NetSuite: Syncs in real time to FieldAware (Net- Suite pushes updates to FieldAware) Create, Read, Update, Delete Contact in NetSuite: Syncs in real time to FieldAware (Net- Suite pushes updates to FieldAware) Create, Read, Update, Delete Location in NetSuite: Syncs in real time to FieldAware (Net- Suite pushes updates to FieldAware) Create, Read, Update, Delete Inventory Item in NetSuite: Syncs in real time to FieldAware (NetSuite pushes updates to FieldAware) 02
