1 Altai Systems Solution Overview Developed with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Altai Membership, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based Association Management System, has been designed and developed with the progressive Association in mind. Altai Membership provides out-of-the-box association functionality with an array of standard and add-on modules to meet your needs. This functionality enables the Association to manage members, donors and other constituents while tracking all pertinent information. The Altai Membership solution is unique in that it does not lock the customer into a predefined solution. As an Association s needs and requirements change, the application can be configured to meet those needs. The flexibility is built into the product using tools available in Microsoft CRM, and does not require custom programming. Viewed in either Microsoft Outlook or in a web browser, the staff User Interface is familiar and easy to use. The Altai Member Portal gives your members access to their profile, allows them to do business with your organization anytime via the web, and allows you to deliver controlled access to content. And since the Altai Portal shares the same database as Altai Membership, all updates are seen in real time.
