5 Profiles of Trainers Dr. Jürgen KAESER Mr. Kaeser is a graduate chemist with a PhD in chemistry. After having worked 13 years for the food-processing industry, he worked on energy efficiency and renewable energies (especially Solar PV). He has 30 years of experience with energy topics, especially with product development and process technology. Jürgen Kaeser is accredited consultant and European Energy Manager. Since 2006 he is co-partner of Energy Consulting Allgaeu GmbH (ECA), which is an energy consultation company for the development of innovative strategies and technological solutions for industry and commerce. One of the main client segments is the food processing industry, with references for instance in breweries, milk processing, chocolade industry, noodle factory etc. As partner of ECA, Dr. Kaeser is working on the energetic optimization of production processes in client industries and supports the introduction of Energy Management Systems. Mr. Kaeser will be supported by a team of consultants specialized in energymanagement systems and certification in ISO Eng. Kiremu MAGAMBO Eng. is registered engineer with over 26 years of experience in the energy sector. He worked for multinational corporations, governments, para-statals and development agencies, either as an employee or as consultant. Since 1999 he is working as principal for RENCON Associates, whose Founder Director he is. RENCON provides consulting services on solar energy and conventional power systems. is certified energy manager and conducts many audits, not only as contracted expert of KAM but also far beyond. In the field of energy efficiency, Kiremu also conducts feasibility studies and trainings, latter one for instance in context of UNDP programmes.
