14 General Qualification Terms for Incentives Program is available until May 31, First program cycle: June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014 Project must be completed, and final application received by May 15th to qualify for incentives in that program year Paperwork for prescriptive and custom projects must be submitted within 90 days of project completion Whole building projects have up to 6 months On-Site projects must provide performance data for the first 12 months after project is commercially operable 14

44 Customer Experiences With the money that Jefferson received from Smart Ideas, we were able to reinvest in more energy saving equipment around our campus. We converted lighting from incandescent to LEDs in our elevators and our lobby areas which are typically on 24 hours per day. We also upgraded our building automation control panels, insulated steam lines and replaced heat recovery tanks. It s been good to receive this money to upgrade our infrastructure and help Jefferson save energy and money. Now that we upgraded lighting in our warehouse and offices, the warehouse is a safer environment and our picking accuracy has improved. 49 Abington Memorial Hospital s Cogen Plant Can Supply 64% of the Facility s Electricity PECO Smart Ideas Program presented Abington Memorial Hospital with an incentive check for $2.7 MM. Project included a 4.5 MW cogeneration plant. 49
