These parts now weigh less and cost less than before. Strength and stability is gained through the use of high strength steel ensuring that our bumper beams have yielded excellent results in crash tests. Door Assembly These are located in the side part of the vehicle and help secure revolving area of the front wheels. These are connected to the engine and the shockabsorbers of the vehicle. Mash-Seam welded TWB technology is used to reduce both weight and cost. Hood Assembly(Aluminium) This product makes up the central floor of the vehicle. It connects the centre of the vehicle to both the front and rear. It is constructed via TWB method Mash-Seam welding. 11 Sungwoo Mold Sungwoo Mold Specializing in the metal mold Sungwoo Mold Co., Ltd. was established by Sungwoo Hitech Co., Ltd. alongside Meisei Metal Industries Co., Ltd, Mitsubishi Corporation and other 2 companies. Sungwoo Mold corp. engages in the manufacture of body parts of passenger cars in South Korea. Its products include center floor, cowl under cover, dash, doors, front and rear bumper, hood assembly, fender apron, rear floor, package tray, and inner and outer side. 13 Sungwoo Hitech Wuxi Sungwoo Hitech Wuxi Obtained the quality assurance of ISO14001, ISO/TS Sungwoo Hitech(Wuxi) Co., Ltd. is located in theautonomous District for National Industry Development in Wuxi, Jiangsu Pronvince, China. It was established to provide KIA Motors nearby production plant with the necessary body parts. It produces chassis parts for various models including the Chunrima, Carnival, Optima and Cerato.

14 Beijing Sungwoo Che Hitech Beijing Sungwoo Che Hitech Achieved 5-STAR from BHMC Beijing Sungwoo Che Hitech Co,. Ltd. is located in the Autonomous District of Pinggu in Beijing, China and was established in October Since then it has supplied automobile bodyparts to Beijing Hyundai Motors. It has produced body parts for the Elantra, Sonata(EF/NF) and the Tuscan and is proud of its excellent QC record which recently awarded 5-STAR prize from Beijing Hyundai. Following this it obtained the integrated assurance of ISO 14001/TS with the Wuxi Factory and has also been a heralded as a leading investor in this region.

Sungwoo s 6th overseas production plant Sungwoo Hitech Automobile Components(Yancheng) was Sungwoo s 6th overseas production plant and was established in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, China in December This plant was set up in order to supply Kia s 2nd plant in China(DYK).

This huge factory has an annual production rate of 600,000 units and supplies automobile components to Kia Motors in Zilina, Slovakia and Hyundai Motors in Nosovice, Czech Republic. Sungwoo Hitech SLOVAKIA s.r.o Superior technology and competitive power SungWoo s 2ndplant in Europe (Sungwoo Hitech Slovakia s.r.o) was built in March 2006 after the establishment of SungWoo Hitech s.r.o in Czech Republic. This Slovakian plant supplies automobile body parts to Kia Motors in Zilina, Slovakia. Sungwoohitech Gestamp Hitech Co., Limited, the 1st overseas factory in Chennai, India was establishedas a Joint Venture by Sungwoo and Gestamp. It has not only very successfully supplied major parts to Hyundai Motor India(HMI), but also is the first HMI Korean supplier in India to achieve 100 PPM. SGHhas undergone remarkable development and growth.
