2 About Us The Indian Institute of Information Technoogy and Management-Keraa (IIITM-K) is the one and ony research and training institution in Information Technoogy in Keraa. According to UNESCO e- Goernance is the pubic sector s use of information and communication technoogies with the aim of improing information and serice deiery, encouraging citizen participation in the decisionmaking process and making goernment more accountabe, transparent and effectie. In India, the Nationa e- Goernance Pan (NeGP) enisioned to make a Goernment serices accessibe to the common man in his ocaity and to ensure efficiency, transparency & reiabiity of such serices at affordabe costs to reaise the basic needs of the common man. Significanty arge numbers of e-goernance projects are under impementation and many are on the ani which cas for depoyment of manpower with the skis necessary to impement an e- goernance project from conceptuaization to compete ro out stage.
