Clear rules at the outset make sure that documents are ed, faxed, printed, and archived, to the correct contact and in an appropriate format. Spindle Professional is also ideal when you have large quantities of documents to produce or a mail shot to issue in a hurry. It intelligently analyses all the information it needs, extracts relevant pages for each recipient, produces s and faxes, sends to appropriate printers and electronically stores as PDF files for retrieval.
