2 INVITATION On behalf of the Turkish Medical Oncology Society Executive Committee, it th is my pleasure to invite you to join the 6 ASCO-licensed "Best of ASCO 2015 Istanbul" conference which will be held on June 27, The objective is to review the most important, practice changing data presented at ASCO Faculty who are expert in specific fields of cancer will present highlights of the data and will discuss how the results may change the current standard of care. It will also be a good opportunity for colleagues who are not able to attend the ASCO 2015 meeting to discuss the clinical implications of the presented data within the current standards of care in an interactive setting. 7 GENERAL INFORMATION Meeting Venue Radisson Blu Sisli Hotel Language The official language of the meeting is Turkish. There will be two way (Turkish-English) simultaneous translation. Letter of Invitation The Organization Secretariat will send you a letter of invitation upon request. The Organizing Committee would like to clearly state that the letter is only to help the participant to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and has no further financial obligations from the meeting towards the participant. The Organization Secretariat is only able to send you the letter of invitation after receipt of your registration and payment. Visa Participants are requested to check with the Turkish consulate in their home country or their travel agency for visa requirements. Entry visa to Turkiye can also be obtained at Istanbul Ataturk Airport for some countries' citizens. (For detailed information : Certificate of Attendance Attendance certificates will be distributed to all participants on June 27, Currency The local currency is the Turkish Liras (TL). Most hotels, restaurants and shops accept international credit cards. All payments for the meetign including registration, hotel accommodation and tours have to be made in Euro.
