1 Online Application Form Step by Step Guide for Applicants One Semester and Two Semester Study Abroad students Welcome! Please go to and click on Apply Online on the right hand side Step 1: Choose a course Based on this initial information you provide, the application process is automatically customised so that you only have to answer questions relevant to you! Please complete these questions: 1. What is your name? 2. Where are you from? (i.e. your Nationality)

2 Once you reply to questions 1 and 2 listed above, Question 3 will appear What type of course are you applying for? Please select Study Abroad as indicated below. Once you have selected Study Abroad, Question 4 will appear, as indicated below. Please select the relevant programme from the list Study Abroad 1 Semester or Study Abroad 2 Semesters. When you have selected the relevant programme, a similar box will appear on your screen please check if your name, programme and country are correct. If they are correct, please click on Create my Application Form. Choose a Campus Please select Dublin or Cork

3 Please be advised that it is very important that your home institution/agent is in agreement with your choice of campus before final submission of your application. When do you want to start? Please select February 2015 Which faculty are you interested in studying in? This question is related to your modules selection. You can select up to three different faculties. You can select modules from the following faculties only: Business Faculty Journalism and Media Faculty Computing Science Faculty Design Faculty Law Faculty Music Production please select Music and Multimedia * Postgraduate Business/Masters Business Modules please select Graduate Business School ** *Please note that some of the Music and Multimedia lectures are delivered in the College s outreach centre in Windmill Lane in Dublin 4, not in the Griffith College campus. It is easy to get to Windmill Lane by bus. Please contact the International Office if you require any further information. **IMPORTANT: Please note that modules from the Graduate Business School can only be selected by students who are currently enrolled in Postgraduate/Masters studies in the area of Business in their home institution.

4 Once the above is selected, please verify if information appearing on the bottom of the page is correct. If the information is correct, please click on Confirm Selection. Step 2: Personal Details Please complete all information in this section gender, full name, DOB, learning difficulty, country of residence, how did you hear about us?, contact details *IMPORTANT* How did you hear about us? Please select Agent, and in the box given below, please type in the name of your School/College/University, or Agent Home phone number and mobile phone number: Please include the international dialling code and area code (for example , ).

5 Please fill in your Home Address details. Step 3: Upload documents Please upload required documents. Please refer to Section 1.3 above in order to find out which documents you need to upload. PLEASE NOTE: At present, the system will only allow you to upload one file in total. We are hoping to correct this problem shortly but in the meantime, please put all your documents into one zip file and upload that zip file. Alternatively you can send your documents to Please leave this section blank

6 Step 4: Review Application Please make sure all details appearing on your screen are correct and then click on Continue on the bottom of the page.

7 Step 5: Submit your application: Please read the declaration carefully and tick I agree to Terms & Conditions, and then click on Submit Application button. Complete: Congratulations! You successfully submitted your application form!
