One-to-One brings together, via telephone, those who have experienced the complex issues surrounding high-risk cancer, diagnosis and treatment with current patients, partners, and family members. The books are donated through a partnership with the Light One Little Candle Foundation and the Family Connections program. These children s books are free and currently available in the Blum Resource Center at the Dana-Farber Institute and, are also available to adult cancer patients at the Brigham and Women s Hospital in the Kessler Library in the main lobby of the 75 Francis Street entrance, and with the DFCI social workers at Faulkner Hospital, Dana-Farber/New Hampshire Oncology-Hematology, Milford Regional Hospital, and in the Resource Room at DFBWCC in clinical affiliation with South Shore Hospital.
