3 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS OPTİMA Warning Lights, are designed and manufactured to warn aircrafts / helicopters for high altitude places. It is designed to use on high towers, monopole masts, high buildings, flagpoles and all warning related areas. OPT-01 System consists of one unit double lamp armature. System operates under the control of photocell relay so automatically turns the system on when ambience gets dark and turns it off when the ambience gets lighten. Upon request in ordering process, system options below are available. 1- Supply Voltage: 12V AC/DC - 24V AC/DC - 48VAC/DC - 110V AC/DC - 220V AC 2- Lamp Type : OPTİMA Led Lamp Optima Led Lamp : OPTİMA Lamps are specially designed and manufactured by OPTİMA ELEKTRONİK. Due to lamps completely made by leds, they have very long working lifes. ( hours). OPTİMA Aviation Warning Lights has 5 years warranty. 3- Backup Systems : System has two lamps on two seperate arms. While one of the lamps is working the other lamp waits as a spare.(figure-1) If active lamp fails, it sends a failure code to the spare one and turn the spare one on after 3 seconds. Figure-1 4- Simultaneous System : Two lamps on two arms works simultaneously.(figure-2) If one of the lamps fails it does not effect the other lamp. Figure-2 Page 3

4 5- Failure Warning System : With this option, user is able to control the operation of system from a distant place. User installs the system by connecting failure outputs (COM: common NO: normally open NC: normally close) to sounded or lighted warning device. In case of any failure, lamps send warning to failure warning unit inside the control box. By means of Failure Warning System, problem is solved in a short time. 6- Blink System : Lamps blinks 60 times in a minute. 7- Continuous System : On this option system works continuously without blinking. 8- Operating Temprature : -55 C / +55 C 9- Operationg Frequency : 50 Hz 10- Cable Specifications : a- System with Error Alert : 4x1.5mm2 b- System without Error Alert : 2x1.5mm2 *NYY and LIYCY cable types are recommended, the cable types are determined due to customer choice. *Cable lengths must be calculated due to tower length and distance between power supply and control center. 11- Certifacetes: CE Certifacete FUNCTIONALITY TEST OF THE SYSTEM: First tests should be conducted before the system mount on the tower. Test steps; 1-Check the physical conditions of the system. Be sure that system is not damaged. 2-Read the user manual in the package completely. Page 4
