For the individual races there will be extra control descriptions at the start. Terrain:Mostly open forest. On the hills mostly pine forest, in the valleys somewhat denser spruce. Near the arena there will be areas with extensive mining activity. This gives many small and large quarries and heaps of rock. Only the most prominent are marked on the map. Thee will often be a small heap of rock near the marked quarries, and a small quarry near the marked heaps of rock. The quarries are marked with a black V if they are not (nearly) permanently filled with water and marked with a blue V. There are few paths. With the exception of the shortest courses, the course Sunday will visit terrain which is demanding both for running and navigation. Out-of bounds. On the map are marked several newly planted areas and an animal protection zone. This marked on the maps and are strictly forbidden to enter. There are some cultivated land on the map (symbol 415), according to the Norwegian rules this is also strictly out of bounds. Punching system: Emit Prizes: For N-åpen and D/-12 preizes to all. List of te runners using the GPS will be in the info kiosk. The GPS units are hande out on the arena. The runners will have to bring them to the start themselves. We remind you of the rules of fair-play. It is not allowed to check the tracking of other runners before yopur own start. There will be an analysis of courses and route choices for the classes using GPS by Eva Jurenikova and available from the Monday after the event. Småtroll: Start from 9:00 to 13:30
