1 This document contains the list of classes currently available through LAUSD s Organizational Excellence Program. The components of the Classified Growth & Development Cycle (CGDC) are listed with the classes that contain some aspect of that component. You may click on the component in the table below to go directly to the page with the list for that component. Classes come in a variety of formats - Most of the classes are instructor led, which requires that attendees appear for the class at the designated time and location. Some classes are online or recorded webcast. These can be accessed at any time, from any location. Webcasts are live classes, but you may attend them remotely by accessing through your computer. Generally, once the webcasts are delivered, they are recorded and are for later viewing. To sign up or view these classes, please go to the Learning Zone ( Some of the classes listed may be more or less applicable to your development goals. The Learning Zone does have a description of the classes that can help you determine the relevance of the class.
