IP Telephony In technical terms IP Telephony turns telephone calls in to packets of data using the same protocol or language as the Internet (Internet Protocol or IP) either within your offices or to the outside world. A new VoIP Phone System is the current trend, allowing you to make Business Phone System calls over the internet, saving you money on your bill.
