4 Company Overview WHO WE ARE Ekins Constructors is a premier commercia contractor providing Construction Management, Design/Buid and Genera Contracting Services to both pubic and private cients throughout the Southeast. With our phiosophy of Trust, Quaity and Confidence, much of our business is through repeat cients and referras. Our project approach is based on Team Construction methods. Today neary 80 percent of our work is performed under some variation of this concept. We prefer this method, as it is based on the principe that a parties work towards a common goa defined by the owner. WHERE WE WORK Ekins is icensed to conduct work in eight states throughout the Southeast. The company is headquartered in Jacksonvie, FL. We aso have offices in Atanta and Savannah, GA. PREFERRED DELIVERY METHOD Ekins operates under many deivery methods incuding Construction Management At-Risk, Stipuated Lump Sum and Design/Buid. Our preference is some form of team construction, where we are seected based on quaifications.
