4 Your Team: (cont.) Drago Adam (President) After a professional hockey career with the New York Rangers, Drago brought his competitive nature and team building philosophies to A+. Over the past 10 years, Drago s experience with the media & advertising markets has enabled A+ s clients to see continual year after year growth in sales and brand awareness. Drago brings experience in all aspects of A+ s' clients, from planning, buying, creative, event co-ordination, budget control and post campaign follow-ups. Darlene Templeton (Media Director) Darlene is a senior media executive with a career that spans 26 years. Experienced in all facets of all media, Darlene offers research and marketing services, post-buy analysis, promotional support, account management as well as media planning, buying and follow through on an international basis. She has worked at Chiat /Day /Mojo, J.W. Thompson, Palmer Jarvis Advertising and has run her own consultancy for 16 years. Darlene s capabilities go far beyond media planning/buying, and include strategic direction and client management. A key asset she brings to the table is her brilliance at seeing the bigger picture. We re not about finesse. We re about success. We re Old School, where ads are sales in print and effectiveness is easily measured at the cash register. And while we enjoy big budget TV spots you may be staggered to see what we ve done for less than $2000. A+ is an ad agency run by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. We understand image and know its value but it s rarely the purpose of the advertising. 5 Your Team: (cont.) Michael Barter (Creative Director) Michael brings A+ and its clients a wealth of International experience. Michael has been creative director for three of the world s top five ad agencies. We are very proud of Michael s accomplishments, he has had 2 ads recognized in the top 10 ads of the 20th century according to The Financial Post. View Michael s work at Richard Brodeur - Associate To many, Richard is better known as King Richard from his days with the Vancouver Canucks, Richard has made a seamless transition from professional hockey into the business world. He has worked for Labatt's Breweries, managed Coast Hotels and has even had his own sports radio show. Richard has also been active in the community with many charitable organizations and has one of the most successful charitable golf tournaments in Vancouver - The Richard Brodeur Celebrity Golf Classic, which supports the following charities: Canuck Place, BC Children's Hospital, The Canadian Diabetes Association, ACT - Autism Community Training and KidStart. He is also an accomplished artist and has had many of his paintings purchased at galleries and charitable auctions. Richard brings to The Adam Advertising Group a great wealth of experience in corporate events, sales training, event planning and charitable corporate community involvement. The product is the hero Advertising theories continue to abound and we wish their proponents well. In the meantime we ll keep looking for ways to feature the product as the hero so that people will remember who ran the ad. 6 Your Team: (cont.) Dale Britt (Internet and Web Director) In 1997 Dale started marketing online, developing database applications and web sites for small to large international corporations. Today, Dale has a well-establshed reputation for creating successful websites and applications, as well as his online marketing. Over the years, Dale has often created applications where all others had failed. Dale brings to clients outstanding strategy, creativity and technical expertise. These are the necessary ingredients needed to help our clients succeed with their websites and internet marketing programs. With Dale leading our New Media and Interactive Divison, A+ clients will be on the leading edge of web presence and internet profits. Budget Truck Rentals Secure Lodging Strativity Group JRFM Radio Station Vancouver Giants Turner Valley Gas Tell Del Tell Del is a law firm, founded by Del Feller, that specializes in personal injury law. The challenge we faced was creating a brand that differentiated itself from the numerous lawyers and firms who focus on personal injury work. We decided that the key to success was to make The Client the Brand. Thus we launched "Tell Del", with the positioning line: If you've been injured in an accident, Don't tell ICBC, Tell Del. (Also, the phone is 604-Tel Dell.) The results have been hugely successful, creating Del as a recognizable figure who has earned the public's trust.

7 Compensation Media Buying We will receive our 15% agency discount from our media outlets, radio, TV, Print, Outdoor, etc. Creative Services Billed at an hourly rate of $150/hr, or on a projectby-project basis. Internet Services Billed at an hourly rate of $110/hr, or on a projectby-project basis. Direct Buy We handle Direct Buy across Canada and because their message is complex we began with infomercials. These evolved into 60 sec and 120 sec TV and radio spots augmented with direct mail and newspaper advertising. Through our tracking process we established We take great pride in providing full service - without full service model pricing. that a successful campaign generated a cost per lead of $50. We were able to apply this formula through all marketing mediums. The results: reliable, cost-efficient growth that generates each Direct Buy center approxiamately 100 to 150 new members each month.

Sears Carpet Care, We created a campaign and positioning that incorporated TV, radio and direct mail that promoted our positioning of "Clean feels good". The results of our program have increased sales over 20% Spa Utopia For Spa Utopia we created the "The Red Envelope" campaign. It encouraged people to come into Spa Utopia to buy Red Envelope Gift Cards for their loved ones. The program aired on multiple radio stations and was hugely successful with people lined up out the doors to purchase "Red Envelopes".

The relationship is now so tight they have even developed custom Matt Cooke Edition vehicles, which give Dennison's a valuable edge over other Chevrolet Dealers in their trade area.
