ANALYSES CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT IMPLEMENTATION EVALUATION SUSTAINABILITY A comprehensive analysis of the individual training needs of your employees provides the basis for future steps. Based on the result of the analysis, we define the content, target groups, timing, method, etc. in the learning concept. During the on-site training development phase, we produce all necessary materials and media tools. This includes for eample trainer presentations, trainer guidelines, participant manuals and handouts.
