1 UPDATE: Garanti Cep Subesi App v1.1 With Garanti Cep Şubesi v1.1, we are adding 2 features which are most commonly request on the user reviews, Virtual Credit Cards and Credit Card s Account Summary. Apart from these features, we have fixed some bugs as well, such as; - A localization bug causing button names showing like dashboard.tools, - Another bug causing users with 12h preferences see the welcoming message in a wrong way, - Redirection of credit card debt payment ending page to the application dashboard, And here are the details for additional features: - Virtual Credit Cards On Cards ( Kartlar ) component, we divided the flow in 2, with Credit ( Kredi ) and Virtual ( Sanal ) tabs: Virtual Card detail pages are also similar to Credit Card detail pages:

3 - Account Summary: On Account Summary ( Hesap Özeti ), we show the previous terms debts for a specific credit card. It s a summary view for the specific period:

4 Garanti Cep Subesi App v1.0 Garanti Cep Şubesi App is the mobile banking app of Garanti Bank. Cep Subesi is also Garanti Bank s mobile banking wap site; wap.garanti.com.tr and now, we are launching it as an iphone app. What does Garanti Cep Subesi App do? On Garanti Cep Subesi App, users will be able to see their financial status, account balances, credit card statuses, check their transactions, call their Branches and make most commonly used transactions, such as; - Money Transfer, - CepBank Money Transfer - Bill Payment - Games of Chance Payment - Credit Card Bill Payment - GSM TL Top-Up - Buy/Sell Foreign Currency Public Dashboard On Public Dashboard, there is an image for tutorial shortcut, Giriş (Login) and Şifre Al (Get PIN) buttons as well as nearest ATM/Branch Finder and Call Garanti Hot Line buttons.

5 Dasboard On tutorial page, we have a help page and a tutorial video. Tutorial Page For the first time online customers, we have Şifre Al (Get PIN) button so that they can start with the flow and get their PINs that they can use both on Mobile and Internet Banking. On Giriş (Login), customers are able to use their online/mobile banking credentials to login. You can try this login flow and the application s itself with the following credentials;

6 Login page 1 Login Page 2 Müşteri Numarası (Customer No): Parola (Password): parala Once you enter these informations, tap Giriş (Enter). On the next page, enter to the Şifre (PIN) field and then press Giriş again. You should now be logged in. Customers who have an OTP Software, Cep Şifrematik (App ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), active and installed on their iphone, will be able to see a link to call Cep Şifrematik Application for key sharing. Once he or she will enter the static PIN to the Cep Şifrematik and press Giriş (Enter), customers will be taken to the secure dashboard of the Garanti Cep Şubesi Application.

7 Secure Dashboard On Secure Dashboard, we have 4 different dropdown menu, which all of them states a different side of the application. - Finansal Durum (Financial Status) Secure Dashboard Quick Look pages On the first component (Finansal Özet), we list the PFM (Personal Finance Management) Tools. The first component is a summary view (en:quick Look tr:guncel Durum)for the customer, where they can see their latest activities (Güncel İşlemler), their Current TL Balances (Finansal Özet), their

8 monthly Spending and Earning data (Gelirler / Giderler), their personal reminders for the previous 30 days(hatırlatmalar) and as well as their Goal Tracker statuses (Birikim Hedefi). En:Assets&Debts Tr: Varlıklar/Borclar, On the second component (Varlıklar/Borçlar), you have a detailed view for Varlıklar/Borçlar (Assets/Debts), where customers are able to see the distribution of their assets in pie-chart as well as list mode. 9 Spending/Earning page 2 Spending vs. Earning Comparison On the third component (Gelirler/Giderler) we give customers a detailed view for their Spending and Earning where they are able to see the spendings and earnings based on tag details.

10 Calendar Calendar View Calendar Reminders List View On the fourth component, (Takvim), we give customers a detailed Calendar, which states the transactions as well as personal reminders and some important notifications from the global finance markets.

11 Cashflow Fifth component is called Cash Flow (Nakit Akışı) and it shows customers their financial transactions to be occurred for selected intervals and accounts. It also shows the netto for the cashflow shown. - Hesaplar ve Kartlar (Accounts and Credit Cards) On Accounts and Credit Cards, we have three seperate components which shows customers their own accounts and credit cards. 12 Product Detail page ( w/accounts List) Account Detail Page The first component is Accounts (Hesaplar), which has multiple layers. First, customer selects one of the products listed, and then he or she will be taken to the second layer where we list the selected product s accounts. On that level, user is able to select one of these accounts and he can reach the account details where he or she will be able to see account activities.

14 Credit Card Current Term Transactions The second component is Credit Cards (Kredi Kartları) which has two levels, first taking customers to the credit card listing page and users are able to select one from them, and then, on the second page, we list the selected card s details and as well as Current Term Transactions and Pending Authorization Transactions. Goal Tracker The third one is Goal Tracker (Birikim Hedefi) which is one of the products of Garanti Bank. On that screen, users can see their own goals that they have created on Internet Branch of Garanti.

15 - Bankacilik Islemleri (Financial Transactions) In Financial Transactions, we give customers 3 groups of transactions; Para Transferleri (Money Transfers), Odemeler (Payments), Yatirimlar (Investment). o Para Transferleri (Money Transfers) Money Transfers On Money Transfers, we have 4 different transactions; Money Transfer to a Garanti Account, Money Transfer outside of Garanti, Quick Money Transfer, CepBank (Money Transfer to GSM Number). o Odemeler (Payments)

16 Payments On Payments, we give customers 4 payments options; Bill Payment, Credit Card Debt Payment, GSM TL Top-Up and Games of Chance Payment. o Yatirimlar (Investment) Investment On Investment, we give customers the ability to Buy and Sell Forreign Currency and Gold.

17 - Araclar (Tools) On Tools, customers have 3 components; Doviz Cevirici (Currency Converter), Bize Ulasin (Contact Us) and Ayarlar (Settings). Currency Converter On Currency Converter, we give customers a currency calculator, with rates based on Garanti Currencies. On Contact Us, users will be available to find nearest ATMs and Garanti Branches and also call their own branches directly. And on Settings, we give customers an About page (Hakkinda), a Tutorial page (Yardim), a FAQ page (Sikca Sorulan Sorular) and a Social Share button (Uygulamayı Paylas).
