The date from the sending post-office, resp. the date on the original filled-in form is the decisive date. If this application is sent by fax, the original must reach the Organiser latest at the Administrative Checking. August :30-13:30 hrs The scheduled times for the convocation at the Administrative and Technical Checks will be published in the Official Notice Board and in the official website and communicated to all competitors by . All the crews entered must present themselves (competitor, 1st driver, 2nd driver who will pass a signature check) with their vehicle according to the established timetable. Any crew reporting to the scrutineering area and/or administrative checks outside the time prescribed will have a cash penalty, except in the event of force majeure accepted by the Stewards. TECHNICAL SRUTINEERING The Administrative Check must be completed prior to Scrutineering and competition numbers, On-line GPS, cross country rally plates and advertising decals shall be affixed on the vehicle before entering the Scrutineering venue. 13 - Life insurance policy - 3x3 cm identity pictures of the crews VEHICLE: - Vehicle Registration Documents, certificate of ownership of the vehicle or authorization from the registered owner - Car Insurance policy (International Car Insurance Card) - Original Homologation papers for T2 - Original Certificate for rollcage if concerned - FIA International Technical Passport - Confirmation of the installation of the security and navigation equipments. - Original certificates for fuel tanks TOTAL DISTANCE OF THE COURSE The HunGarian Baja 2015 consists in four (4) selective sections and three (3) Legs: - SSS, for the purpose of determining the starting order for the next Leg according to Art GP 2015, with a distance of aprox. 2,5 kms. - Leg 1 includes the SSS. - Leg 2 includes 2 selective sections (SS.2; SS.3) - Leg 3 includes 1 selective section (SS.4) Total distance of selective sections: 518,5 km Total distance of the event: 706 km The itinerary shall be kept secret and will be revealed to the crews only by the time of the delivery of the respective road books.
