1 Instructions: Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University College Section Online Application Management System Continuation of Affiliation Proposal Request Guidelines 1. The address and contact details of help desk are given in the HELP of the Web Site. 2. The applicant society running more than one College/Institution shall submit separate application for each College. 3. College applying for Continuation of Affiliation for the session , shall pay Rs 1600/ at Income Section of RTMNU,Mahatma Jyotiba Fule Campus, Nagpur as processing fees and fill in the Registration Form for Continuation of Affiliation Proposal attached herewith. 4. Produce the Original payment receipt of Rs 1600/ (for verification purpose) along with the filled in Registration Form for Continuation of Affiliation Proposal at the Online Registration Counter at College Section, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Prashaskiya Parisar, Nagpur. 5. Once receipt is verified, the Login IDs and Passwords shall be issued and links for Pre LEC Information and Continuation of Affiliation Proposal shall be activated within 24 hours maximum. Also the Login ID and password shall be forwarded via SMS on the specified mobile no. 6. After the receipt of this Login ID please login to proceed further. 7. It is necessary for the colleges to online fill in the Pre LEC information to be verified by LEC alongwith the Continuation of Affiliation Proposal. 8. After successful login the user shall get a simple to understand and easy to use GUI (Graphical User Interface) to enter the necessary information as required in the Application form. 9. User can Edit /Delete/Update the information during the Online filling of the Application Form. 10. The Sample Application form is available on the Web Site. Colleges may refer this Sample Application form while making the Online Application. 11. Once satisfied about the correctness of the information, the college shall have to ONLINE SUBMIT the Pre LEC information and the Continuation of Affiliation Application to the University. Kindly note that once the Application/Pre LEC information is ONLINE SUBMITTED to the University, it is not possible to edit/update/change/delete the information. 12. Once the Continuation of Affiliation Proposal and Pre LEC information are online submitted, the link for printing shall be activated automatically. Please take the PRINT OUTS of this Continuation of Affiliation Application and the Pre LEC information. 13. Pay proper Application fees at the Income Section Counter. Please refer the fees structure. 14. Put necessary seal and signature on the printed Continuation of Affiliation Proposal Form and the Pre LEC information be submitted in 10 copies to the University at College Section, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Prashaskiya Parisar, Nagpur along with the necessary documents as mentioned in Annexure A. Also attach the original receipts of Affiliation Fees alongwith the Application form. 15. The list of the mandatory documents to be uploaded is given below in the Annexure A. 16. Kindly note that timings of the Income Section to receive the fees is between 10:00 am to 3:30pm during University Working days.

5 Annexure A List of Documents to be uploaded with application form of Continuation of Affiliation 1. Copy of the Receipt, fees paid for continuation of affiliation for the session applied for. 2. AICTE/NCTE/BCI/COA/RCI permission letters for College/Courses/Additional Intake. 3. Permission letter of State Government for College/Courses/Subject/Additional Intake. 4. First time affiliation letter received from University for College/Courses/Subject/Additional Intake. 5. Appointment letter of previous Local Enquiry Committee. 6. A copy of Audited Statement of Income of Accounts of preceding year of the college. 7. List of members of Local Managing Committee mentioning the tenure of the committee. 8. University affiliation letter up to which college is affiliated for courses in different faculties. 9. Consolidated list of courses run by the college affiliated by the University mentioning intake capacity for the course, no. of students admitted in that course, number of students appeared and number of students successful at the examinations during past three years.
