The address and contact details of help desk are given in the HELP of the Web Site. 2. Purchase Perspective Plan and Application Form by paying Rs 550/- separately for each proposal from the Publication Section at Main University Library, Ramdaspeth. Read it carefully and decide the stream(s) for the Prospective College. 3. Once decided to start a New College, Pay Rs 1600/- at Income Section at RTMNU, Nagpur and fill in the Basic Information Form to start a New (Proposed) College in English attached herewith and submit the same in person at the Application Receiving Counter at Mahatma Jyotiba Fule Campus, RTMNU (BCUD), Nagpur and receive the necessary Login ID and Passwords to access the Online Application Management System. 4. Produce the Original payment receipt of Rs 550/ and Rs 1600/ (for verification purpose) along with the filled in Basic Information Form to start a New (Proposed) College at the Login ID/Password Issue Counter at RTMNU, Nagpur. 5. Once verified, the Login IDs and Passwords shall be issued and activated within 24 hours maximum. Also the Login ID and password shall be forwarded via SMS on the mobile no mentioned in the Application Form. 6. After the receipt of the Login ID please login to proceed further. 7. After successful login the user shall get a simple to understand and easy to use GUI to enter the necessary information as required in the Application form. 8. User can Edit /Delete/Update the information during the Online filling of the Application Form. 9. Online Help for Marathi Typing is available in HELP menu on the HOME page of the website. User can refer the Online Help (PDF file) available in the HELP menu on the HOME page of the website. 10. Once satisfied about the correctness of the information forward the same to University online. Kindly note that once the Application is forwarded online to University, it is not possible to edit/update/change/delete the information. Please don t forget to press the Submit Command. 11. Thereafter (after the online submission) the Link of Print shall be activated automatically. Take the printout of the Application Form. 12. Pay proper Affiliation fees on or before 31 st October 2013 at the Income Section Counter (Jyotiba Fule Campus, RTMNU (BCUD), Nagpur). Please refer the fees structure. (The Fees Structure is available on the web site for reference vide Notification No.RTMNU/Ac/Exp/Sa/70 dated ). 13. Put necessary seal and signature on the printed Application Form and physically forward seven copies to the University along with the necessary documents as listed in Parishishtha b. Also attach the original receipts of Application Form and softcopy of the Application Form in DVB TTSurekh font in Marathi. 14. The list of the mandatory documents is listed in the Parishishtha b. 15. Kindly note that timing of the Income Section to receive the fees is between 10:00 am to 3:30 pm during University Working days. 16. Incomplete application in any respect will be rejected.
