3 INTRODUCTION Cognitive function is, generally speaking, a set of skills and capabilities in the field of human perception and cognition of the surrounding world. Knowledge of the reality around us is absorbed through experience, observation, memory, attention, imagination, speech and thinking that is through cognitive functions of the brain. If, due to improper lifestyle or disease, one suffers loss of the ability of the brain to collect, process and use the information about the world around us, we say that there has been a deterioration of brain functioning in a certain area or loss of cognitive function. This set of exercises has been founded on proven models relating to the rehabilitation of people with cognitive dysfunctions. A set of tests presented below aims to show the basic methods of memory improvement and exercising brain in order to delay loss of cognitive skills associated with progression of the disease.
