1 CONFERENCE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE Organizing Committee will provide shuttle bus service between recommended hotels and the conference venue during the main conference period as well as on Sunday (13 June) from the airport to hotels and from hotels to the registration place. The shuttle bus will leave from the following places (please see the map below) - For guests from Hotel Sofitel Victoria the opposite side of the Królewska Str., opposite the Zacheta Gallery - For guests from Hotel Polonia, Hotel Metropol and the bus stop near entrance to Hotel Metropol - For guests from Hotel Karat - near entrance to the hotel If you cannot find the bus, please look for the bus host. The entire transportation schedule for the conference is listed below in chronological order. Be sure to arrive a few minutes earlier when you need to take the conference transportation. Due to the possible traffic jams, the bus will leave according to the strict schedule. AIRPORT On Sunday (from 8:30AM to 7:00PM) students will wait at the airport with the IAHS sign They will wait at Arrival Terminal 2 (T2) Small bus will take the guests to the hotels.
