9 Connecting to our Community At 96five we are more than just about playing music. Through our station events we are out and about meeting people in the community. Our various care projects make a difference to our listeners on a daily basis. The Family Show School Excursions Throughout the school term, the Family Show at 96five broadcasts live from schools on selected Thursdays. Nite Alive Road Show Zach and the Nite Alive team regularly broadcast live from youth group venues around Brisbane. 96five Street Machines Weekdays at 11am and 3pm, you will find the team out in our 96five Street Machines handing out freebies. On weekends they can be spotted at local school fetes and community events. Romeo Stage Show It s an all singing, all dancing, high energy stage show that goes into shopping centres during the school holidays. The star of the show is 96five s Romeo the Radio Dog.
