8 Criminal Justice Community Safety Partnerships Each district in Staffordshire has Community Safety Partnership, which is made up of representatives from both statutory and voluntary organisations. IDTS offers substitute prescribing, integrated clinical and psychological treatment and integration into community based treatment.
