2 ULTINATIONALS JUNIOR SI EET Date: April 2013 Place: Kiev / Ukraine Organizer: Ukrainian Swimming Federation Participants: Age groups men born 1995 and 1996 (18 & 17 years old). women born 1997 and 1998 (16 & 15 years old). Programme: All competitions will be conducted in accordance to FINA Rules. Deadlines: Preliminary Entries before 4 of February 2013 Travel Form before 25 of February 2013 Hotel Booking Form before 4 of arch 2013 st Final Team & Individual Entries before 1 of arch 2013 Booked Rooms cancellations may be done wiout financial consequences before arch 10, between arch 11 and 27 wi % charge, after arch 27 wi % charge. Accommodation: The official hotel of event is Lybid Hotel, 1 Peremohy Square, Kyiv, 01135, Ukraine (10 minutes drive to e swimming pool). Full board accommodation per person per day in double room is 90 euro and in single room 110 euro, including airport transfers and local transportation. Shuttle Service: transfer from e airport of KBP or IEV to e hotel and back as well as from hotel to swimming pool. Shuttle schedule will be posted bo in e hotel s and pool s main lobby. Arrival/Departure: Teams are expected to arrive on Thursday 4 or Friday 5 of April 2013 and depart on onday 8 of April If Team arriving on 4 of April room rates, at is day only, may be slightly different. Technical eet: ill take place on 5 of April 2013 at 18:00 h at e swimming pool. National Flag and Anem: Upon arrival, e participating Federations are kindly requested to provide CD (memory stick) wi e National Anem and 2 (two National Flags) to e Organizing Committee. Payment Details: Bank s details will be notified soon wi payment procedure. Payment upon arrival by cash is preferable. Related receipts will be issued during e competition.
