Objectives: Connect with Global Markets: through either Port Development JVs: Port of Rotterdam (PoR) teams up with local (public/private) parties to develop greenfield ports or available space within existing brownfield ports. Port Management Advisory Services: long-term advisory services to either greenfield or brownfield ports covering various topics including port layout planning, operational procedures (HSE), commercial strategy, port administration, stakeholder management. Partnerships with World Class Customers: Through its international activities, PoR seeks to strengthen ties with world class players in logistics, shipping, energy, and industry. PoR works with world class companies to identify and develop new ports in growing markets. Sohar 5
