1 Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies University of Warsaw and Polish Association of Landscape Ecology Ecosystem Services Landscape Ecology Integrative Role 22 th -24 th June, 2016 WELCOME On behalf of Polish Association of Landscape Ecology and the Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies, University of Warsaw ( we would like to invite you to the conference Ecosystem Services Landscape Ecology Integrative Role, that will take place from 22 th to 24 th of June As the ecosystem services concept is widely used in theory and practice all over the world we hope to build the platform for wide and fruitful discussion of relations between ecosystem services and landscape ecology. We would like to direct the debate on the following topics: - landscape as multi-dimensional frame for ecosystem services mapping and assessment; - landscape function and functioning natural capital ecosystem services; - tools and methods of landscape and ecosystem services diagnosis and monitoring, ; - landscape and ecosystem services management in practice challenges, determinants, relationships. In case of cancellation another person may replace you without any extra charge. PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES Papers presented at the conference and positively reviewed will be considered for publication in the Problems of Landscape Ecology (the journal of Polish Association of Landscape Ecology).
