The fee doesn t include accommodation or transportation. The SCIVAC office will provide a list of hotels with negotiated special prices. A deposit of 200,00 must be paid in advance at the time of Registration within the deadline indicated for each course. The payment has to be made at the latest within 2 weeks before the course but only after the registration has been confirmed by the Secretary. The reservation and the deposit will be lost if the full amount has not been paid within the stated period. The Deposit fee will be totally refunded by 20 days before the course start date. After that no refund will be made. If, for reasons entirely beyond the control of the organizer, the Course should be cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of unavoidable expenses.
