The principle of selecting the higher shipment weight: the actual, the volumetric or the longitudinal one is applied. The price for the multi-element shipment is calculated by summing the higher weights of respective elements. Cost: 0% of basic charge, not less than PLN Return of Undeliverable Package The undeliverable shipment is a shipment that could not be delivered by DHL Parcel because: the Receiver refuses to collect the package, payment refusal for the service, amount due payment refusal (as in COD service), the Receiver does not collect the consignment after the second attempt of delivery or the receiver s address details are not correct. Cost: 00% of basic charge 6 /SMS Notification The Recipient receives /sms notification on sending the shipment, date, place and expected times of delivery. Information contains details on Collection and remittance of amount due (COD) if applicable. Collection and Remittance of Amount Due (COD) According to Customer s orders, amount due is transferred either be bank transfer or postal order. Receiver is bound to pay amount due in cash. Every shipment with COD service is liable to additional insurance. The collected amount is returned within working days of the day of shipment delivery (the date of postal money transfer or the date of order of payment by DHL is considered the date of payment). If the collected amount is remitted by the postal order, extra postal fee will be deducted from the collected amount; maximum collection amount is 000 PLN; in case the amount exceeds 6 00 PLN, the receiver is bound to collect the shipment personally at DHL Terminal. 6 ADDITIONAL CHARGES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NON-STANDARD ELEMENT CHARGE Cost of a non-standard element for DHL PARCEL POLSKA, DHL PARCEL 9 and DHL PARCEL shipments The charge applies to elements when: their longest dimension is more than. m or any other dimension exceeds 0.6 m, they are round, oval, or cylindrical, they are irregularly shaped with protruding elements, their surface is adhesive and disallows sliding (rubber etc.), they contain loose, heavy elements or elements of uneven weight distribution, they are placed in a packaging that is loose or of irregular shape (i.e. when the contents may slide and therefore their center of gravity may shift during transport), UP/DOWN and CAUTION! NST stickers are attached, their content requires special service (if automatic sorting is impossible or if they may damage other parcels), they contain liquids (barrels, canisters, buckets etc.). The fee is also charged in case of Return of Undeliverable Package with nonstandard elements. Cost: PLN Cost of a non-standard element for DHL PARCEL MAX shipments The charge applies to elements on pallets when: base dimensions exceed 0.8 x. m (EUR pallet), articles on the pallet stick outside its outline, element placed on a pallet is not attached with foil, binding tape, screws, etc. The charge applies to unpalletized elements when: their longest dimension is more than. m or any other dimension exceeds 0.6 m, UP/DOWN and CAUTION! NST stickers are attached, they contain liquids (barrels, canisters, buckets etc.), they are round, oval, cylindrical, they are irregularly shaped with protruding elements. Goods that cannot be palletized due to their specific character (e. g. wheeled devices) and cannot be sorted automatically, are also subject to charge. SUM OF CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL AND/OR OTHER (current information on fuel surcharge and road tolls are available at SURCHARGES (for more information, see pages 8-0) VAT TAX (at appropriate rate) OTHER CHARGES CONCERNING ALL DOMESTIC SERVICES Repeated Call for Payment DHL has the right to charge the Customer for the administrative fee in the event it is necessary to send a repeated call for payment for DHL Parcel services. Cost: 0 PLN Charge for a Non-electronic Waybill Applies to shipments accompanied by waybills filled out without using DHL Parcel e-solutions (i.e. DHL, DHL ecas) or other tools integrated with DHL Parcel systems. Cost: PLN PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED COMMODITIES DHL Parcel will not accept shipments if they contain : Change of Payer Once the invoice is issued by DHL Parcel, the payer s change may occur upon Customer s written request. Cost: PLN per invoice Restitution of Bank Transfer Payment Administrative fee related with the restitution of the possibility of paying for DHL Parcel Services by bank transfer. Cost: 0 PLN cash, securities, other cash-like documents, valuable goods (jewelry, works of art, antiques, numismatic objects), weapons and ammunition, perishable items requiring special transport conditions, chemical and biologically active products, animals, human or animal remains, narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, medications requiring special transport conditions, other goods whose properties may be dangerous for health of people who handle them, or which may damage or destroy other parcels, other goods whose transport is prohibited based on legal regulations. Fuel Surcharge and Road Tolls The fuel surcharge and road toll are added to the basic net price of the shipment. Current rates and method of calculating are available at Extended Printed Invoice Charge related to the delivery to the Customer of the invoice with additional details about sender and receiver of the shipment. SOLUTIONS FOR RECEIVERS To meet Clients requirements DHL Parcel introduces to Polish market more solutions making delivery of shipment even easier. Information on possibility to use the following services is available at supplier while shopping on-line. Personal pickup at DHL Parcelshop Receiver choses the nearest DHL Parcelshop and picks up the shipment on his way from work! Client of on-line shop gains the possibility to select the time and place of pickup most suitable for him. Receiver is informed about shipment awaiting collection. Pickup of shipment can be planned in 7 calendar days from notification, in the point s working hours. Neighbor Delivery Neighbor assistance is invaluable, especially when Recipient cannot wait for Courier! When the final Receiver is absent Courier immediately delivers the shipment to indicated Neighbor. The Client does not have to wait for Courier and still shipment is delivered on the expected day. Receiver is informed by /sms about the Neighbor Delivery. DHL No installation is required. Application is available /7 via internet browser at Registering at DHL enables number of possibilities.
