We also stay in contact with all our graduates and call on them when we pass on work to help them build their portfolios and get their names out there. We also facilitate successful artist placement at cosmetic stores nationwide such as M.A.C, Inglot, Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, Estee Lauder, Jo Malone Beauty, Tom Ford Beauty, La Mer, Clinique and Woolworths Beauty. Our association with M.A.C cosmetics makes us their school of choice from which to recruit artists. This is the perfect way to get the ball rolling on your new career! Our students are our incredibly importance to us and we will go the extra mile to ensure they are taught in a supportive environment. When our director Aliki studied as a make-up artist she felt that a school needed to offer more and so she decided that her private make-up school would have a work experience and job placement feature to train students in the field. She believes in sharing her trade secrets and wants her graduates to feel confident and prepared for their first solo jobs. Our goal is to not only teach, but show, our students how to present themselves, what it expected of them, how to be professional in different industry situations, and what real live jobs are like. MAKE-UP ARTISTRY QUALIFICATION: This course is available in Cape Town and Johannesburg. This comprehensive industry relevant course specializes in beauty, bridal, high fashion and HD television make-up. It is designed for people who would like to become successful, professional qualified make-up artists. We equip you with all the necessary skills to work in the industry, such as on shoots, commercials, fashion shows, television, magazine editorials or weddings. We offer the most up to date, internationally comparable hands on training, complete with a professional photo shoot and retouched images for your portfolio. We only take 4 students at a time on this course, which will ensure you have a solid understanding of the art of make-up and benefit from our private education style. We take our passion of artistry seriously and know that when a student books on to any of our courses they expect results and a concrete understanding of artistry as well as the opportunity to have work experience that goes with it. Please be advised that this course does not include special effects make-up, thus making it a shorter course focused on industry relevant content.

BRIDAL & GLAMOUR MAKE-UP: This course is available in Cape Town and Johannesburg. This is a very intensive 5 day course specializing in bridal and special events make-up. You will attain sound skill, knowledge and confidence to do any wedding, event or red carpet function that comes your way. Please note that this is not a qualification in complete make-up artistry, it is a certificate in bridal & special occasion make-up. It is a fantastic course to do if you want to work in the bridal industry. This course is full time and has the following attendance options: 1. Full Time: Monday - Friday 1pm - 4pm 2. CARIBBEAN TAN SPRAY TANNING: We are associated with the go to celebrity spray tanners and the founder of Caribbean Tan herself, Cindy Nell-Roberts. Become a certified professional spray tanner with Caribbean Tan, South Africa s number one tanning range. This course is designed for anyone wanting to learn how to do professional spray tanning. This course is a must do add on for any make-up artist, hairstylist or beautician as it is sure to you a competitive edge in the industry by offering another portable service. Spray tanning is also an excellent way to earn extra income on a flexible basis. This course is 2 private lessons DATES: This course is booked according to your schedule as a private lesson over 2 sessions. The Refresh and Update course extends itself to any area of make-up tutoring that we offer in our syllabus. We can assure you that knowledge is current and in line with the industry. The course content is tailored to your requirements so please contact us with your individual needs. This course is 2 lessons, which are 3 hours each. This course is tailored to your requirements and is arranged according to your schedule. Included in this course is: Use of all our studio s professional make-up products. INDUSTRY HAIR STYLING: This 12 session hair styling course is tailor made for make-up artists working in the bridal and fashion industry who would like to add hair styling to their skill set. This course will add diversity and value to your make-up career. Most agencies or businesses would sooner hire an artist who can do both hair and makeup versus an artist who just does makeup. So boost your bookings and earn twice as much by doing our hair styling course! This course is part time only. Part Time (12 Weeks): Once a week every Monday 6pm 9pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND MISSED CLASSES: Please read carefully. 1) Should you cancel your enrolment in a course at Head to Toe we will not refund any deposit or fees that have been paid. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 2) If you miss a class you will be required to catch up what was covered in that class in a one-on-one private lesson with your lecturer. This is charged at R350 per private lesson of 2 hours, which you need to pay in addition to your course fees. 3) Should you miss more than 5 classes and not catch up each class you will unfortunately fail the course. A: Head to Toe only has one training school in Cape Town. Q: HOW DO I ENROL? Q: WHAT IS THE LAST DAY I CAN ENROL BEFORE A COURSE BEGINS? A: You are required to complete enrolment by paying the deposit for a course at least 4 weeks before it is due to start so we can arrange for your course tools to be in stock. Q: HOW LONG HAS HEAD TO TOE BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY? A: Head to Toe has been going for over 15 years. We have worked in all areas of the industry building our repertoire and becoming renowned for celebrity, television and fashion work. Q: HOW CAN I VIEW ALL THE WORK HEAD TO TOE HAS DONE? Our website also has all our portfolio work: Q: DO I NEED EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY BEFORE STUDYING AT H2T? A: No you do not need prior experience in the make-up or hair industry in order to study at Head to Toe. All you need is interest, passion and a creative flair! All ages are welcome and you do not need to have a Matric certificate. Q: DO I HAVE TO BRING MODELS TO CLASS? A: The majority of the make-up classes you work on your fellow class students. You are only required to bring models if you are doing any of the following: Your portfolio photo shoot. Private make-up lessons. Refresh & Update make-up course. Caribbean Tan course.

12 Q: ARE THERE ANY EXAMS ON H2T COURSES? A: Yes we have exams on the following courses: Make-up Artistry. Q: HOW DOES THE STUDENT PORTFOLIO SHOOT WORK? A: The student portfolio shoot happens at the end of the Make-Up Artistry course and is designed to give you professional images of your work that you can show to prospective clients. The shoot requires you to bring a model to work on and to design and execute one look. We discuss the look you want to do in class and practice it before the shoot day so you are confident! Q: CAN I DO A PORTFOLIO SHOOT WITHOUT DOING A COURSE? A: If you are a qualified make-up artist or hair stylist and would like professional photos of your work you can book a shoot with us at a cost of R1,200 per look. You will receive 3 retouched images and will have guidance from our lecturers about your look during the shoot. Q: ARE HEAD TO TOE COURSES ACCREDTED? A: All of our courses are registered with APICSA and IBICA and are internationally recognized qualifications or certificates. Our courses are all practical and our affiliation with APICSA and IBICA allow us to tailor make our qualifications and certificates, thereby offering courses shorter than 1 year in length. We are also affiliated with MAC Cosmetics, which makes us the number one school they come to when they are recruiting artists. Q: DO I HAVE TO BUY A MAKE-UP OR HAIR STYLING KIT AFTER A COURSE? A: No there is no obligation to buy a kit from Head to Toe after a course. Q: AM I GUARANTEED A JOB ONCE I GRADUATE AS A MAKE-UP ARTIST? A: Our courses do not guarantee anyone a job on completion. Our aim at Head to Toe is to offer the greatest amount of experience we possibly can to students because of the high profile work that we have coming into our professional studio. We pass on as many job opportunities and work experiences as we can to all our students and graduates. Furthermore we try to give each of our students the chance to assist one of our key artists on jobs while they are studying on our course (depending on jobs available). We also aim to place graduates at cosmetics houses such as MAC, Inglot, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Estee Lauder, La Mer, Tom Ford Beauty, Woolworths Beauty, Jo Malone Beauty and Smashbox and we will do our best to help you join a creative agency. Q: HOW DO I BECOME INVOLVED IN WORK SHADOW OPPORTUNITIES? A: You have to be a student at Head to Toe or have graduated from Head to Toe in order to qualify as a candidate for any work experience that we have available. You will automatically be involved and asked in class to help us on jobs if you are on one of our make-up courses. For
