2 Vocation Hairdresser is an individual who has enjoyed a successful career in hairdressing, built a significant demand on their time, and is now ready to pass on their knowledge to the next generation. Prior to the shift, the associate calculates what is prereserved and establishes the additional service goal and retail goal For Example: $490 pre-reserved, Goal = $550 Additional Service Goal = $60 Retail Goal = $104 (guest count x $per level goal) At the end of the shift, the associate tip income is calculated based on the goals. SAMPLE Turn to page 13 Tips for Video Homework Assignments: Educator should create a Dropbox account with a shared folder for video upload/review. Give specific date/time video is due for each assignment Purchase a mannequin and base for Associate Educator to review and provide constructive feedback for improving service technique based off of the video performance. Such review should be completed within 24 hours of receipt.
