Selecting this button will show all available KIP Printers on the network, allowing for selection of preferred printer. Selecting this button will open KIP PrintNET and allow the operator to view the KIP system print queue. When logged in, administrators have full control to reschedule, remove or reorder jobs in the print queue. If the ipad is equipped with a camera (gen 2 & 3), selecting the camera button will launch the camera function on the ipad. In addition, this button provides access to all images saved in the camera roll photo image gallery on all generations of ipad. 28 KIP SYSTEM SOFTWARE KIP Secure File Shredding KIP Secure File Shredding securely deletes (overwrites) all image data after a print, copy or scan job has been completed. KIP File Shredding processes and scheduling is configurable using KIP PrintNET. The KIP three pass file shredding process consists of overwriting all image data locations with a character, its compliment and a random character. This method ensures that all image data can no longer be accessed using a data recovery device.
