2 Welcome Welcome to our SBM Offshore Vendor Relationship Management portal (VRM) Version 2.0. This portal has been specially designed for you, our Vendors, in order to provide a place to register your products and build-up a long-lasting relationship with us. Through the portal, you will be able to: Register all your company information and data, Enter the list of products you wish to supply us, selected from our official products database, Publish your quality and product documentation, Update your company information at any time, We will be notified each time you change something into your VRM account, therefore, you will always be in contact with us by using this interactive tool. SBM Offshore Group subsidiaries The VRM is used by all major subsidiaries of the SBM Offshore Group, including: Single Buoy Moorings, Inc., Monaco SBM Schiedam, The Netherlands SBM Atlantia, Houston, USA SBM Malaysia SDN BHD, Kuala Lumpur, MY And our execution centers in Brazil, China, Canada and Singapore. Your qualification records are accessible to all these offices, thus qualification is valid for all SBM Offshore subsidiaries.

Sign up: you are a new vendor and want to be known by SBM? Please fill in completly our online registration form. Based on our commercial and projects interests, you will receive an invitation by with your login details to access your VRM account.

4 Modules Description We have redesigned the VRM system so you can share all your information in a better and quicker way; the Vendor Relationship Management system (VRM) is composed of 5 modules: Vendor Card: Provide all the necessary information about your Company, 5 sections: 1. PO address: This will be your Main Address with us and it is compulsory 2. Alternative Addresses: Enter your Headquarters, Manufacture, Eng. and office addresses 3. Company Activity: Please select the scope of your activity and the country of manufacture 4. Products & Services: You must add the products & services your company can provide. Once you are qualified, these will be the basis for our bids. 5. PO contact names: the purpose of this section is to record the names people in your company Don't forget to VALIDATE your changes at the bottom of the page as often as possible. NEW!! Reference List: Upload all your work/project/products references lists, with SBM or elsewhere. Documentation: Publish your documentation, technical specifications and other useful documents on your account. It is also possible to create a hyperlink to your Internet catalogue site. Documents should be in PDF format always. Please upload one document per archive at a time, and not multiple document in one archive. NEW!! Photos: You can share with us your references pictures of your products and services. Questionnaire: SBM works only with qualified vendors. Each new Vendor MUST therefore fill-in a qualification questionnaire" that will provide the necessary information for our departments to review and certify you as an officially qualified Vendor. The qualification questionnaire form is available on the VRM site and can be downloaded by the Vendor at will. When the questionnaire has been filled-in, you must upload it back.
