Apex is the complete front of house solution with a friendly Microsoft look and feel for your staff s convenience. It s key attributes are ease of use and low training requirements. Front desk can access all functions and guest information from one screen. This product has been developed for all types of hotels, lodges and resorts and is suitable for any sized property, ranging from 10 Rooms up to 500 Rooms. We have got over 150 small, medium and large hotels and lodges using Apex PMS. 3 The most comprehensive Reservations and Rooms Management application developed in Africa Apex PMS More Features Apex manages all front office functions including guest accounting, housekeeping, banqueting and conferences, timeshare, debtors as well as guest history. All previous guests at the hotel will have their details and memo s saved in guest history at check-out. This makes returning guests easier to capture during the reservation stage as well as during check-in, all information will be provided to the front office receptionist and automatically populated from guest history records. All Reservations are viewable on one screen. When front office needs to make an amendment to an existing reservation, check a guest in or out, post a charge or payment; they can access all in-house and future reservations from here. Filters are provided to search for reservation and/or guest details. Apex manages all front office functions including guest accounting, housekeeping, banqueting and conferences, timeshare, debtors as well as guest history. 5 All-in-one screen for Complete Guest Accounting and Operations Management Guest Folio Guest Accounting and Reservation Details Apex presents the guest details in our all-in-one folio screen, with all accounting and reservation details available in this view. The guest accounting feature manages all charges and payments from deposits received, accommodation postings as well as any other payments and charges made during the guests stay at your hotel, lodge or guest house. All other front office functions can be performed on the guests folio, from sharing reservations, charge-routing, messages, reminders, wake-up calls, special requests and any correspondence letters that may be required during the reservation process.
