2 Web-Based CRM software with guest stay history and complete database management capability for the hospitality industry GroupView Client Data Warehouse The hospitality data warehouse Keeping your finger on the pulse of the Group GroupView is a web-based CRM and loyalty tool that enables an agent or guest to earn / access points and/or awards via your central reservations system (eres ) or via your website (WebBookings). The application will also allow an operator to view a guest profile online. GroupView is fast becoming the CRM and Loyalty product of choice in the hospitality industry. Only GroupView gives management all the information about group activity to enhance decision making, based on guest stay records, statistics, occupancy forecasting, and dynamic loyalty management rewards and redemptions (integrated to eres CRS and Web Booking Engine (WBE). This information is now available online and accessible to staff, agents and loyalty members alike. Open system GroupView interfaces seamlessly with all leading property management systems (PMS s), including Apex PMS, Opera PMS, Fidelio (6/7), CLS and others. The product is locally developed by eres Development Corporation and is marketed as part of Hospitality Technology International (Pty) Ltd s suite of world-class hospitality products Member Profiling
3 Data Warehousing functionality with group flash statistics and reporting for complete key account management GroupView CRM and Marketing Features GroupView Profiling - Much like the Member profiling functionality seen above, the agents and corporate management database can also track and manage agent and corporate performances and because GroupView has all relevant data stored, it can present management with everything from flash statistics of occupancy and revenue by group, brand and property, to occupancy forecasts and booker incentives for member s, agents and corporates. - Derive Booker Incentives with revenue generated incentive schemes in place for registered users to benefit from booking at your property / group. Booker Incentives - GroupView now has more loyalty functionality than ever before - Also included is the Group Data Warehousing package (database for central profiling etc.) as well as, CRM - Provides reporting tools (mailshots etc.) for Customer Relationship Management, and - Stay Statistics (historical data, based on stay records sent from the PMS at checkout (revenue, interests, notes etc.) - This includes revenue spend on all hotel and concierge functions, such as accommodation, food, beverage and more - For many years commercial businesses have found that data warehouse applications provide them with indispensable information about their affairs. - Now the hospitality industry can derive the same benefit with GroupView a system every group should use
4 Customer relationship management (CRM) tools for individual hotels, lodges, resorts or hotel groups GroupView Data Warehouse Administration The most critical aspect of data warehousing is the maintenance of common standards amongst many outlets and users. The result is a clean database giving information of meaningful value. GroupView employs the latest in SQL matching and merging techniques to simplify this task. As each batch is received from each property the key fields (Agent, Corporate, Market (or categories), Source of business, Origin, Nationality and Country codes, are vetted to match against existing records. If any of the selected fields do not match, the operator can initiate an automatic process of creation and matching for all future updates. This process becomes a diminishing activity, after the first weeks of operation, as all the exceptions are stored in matching conversion tables. GroupView provides the perfect link between the various services, destinations and activities within the group and the guest, providing a platform for improved service, improved relationships and thus increased turnover for the enterprise. GroupView facilities GroupView consists of 5 main components - Group Flash Statistics of occupancy, revenue (ARR and REVPAR) by property, brand, group and geographic area - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tracks individual stay history, preferences, use of services, interests, birth date and experiences for marketing purposes - Loyalty: Rewards and Redemptions Manages and tracks incentives. Awards can be earned for concierge purchases as well. The system is completely flexible with points, rewards and redemptions (points or percentage revenue) - Key Account Management Facilities allowing the group to track agent and corporate performance Agent and Corporate Profiling - Group Information Systems Manage and report on forecasting and revenue analysis for each property and service provider in the group. 5 Customer relationship management (CRM) tools for individual hotels, lodges, resorts or hotel groups GroupView Data Warehouse Loyalty Members GroupView Member Accounts - GroupView offers a powerful loyalty option with full treasury and account management and guest stay history - Loyalty can be awarded by using a points system, whereby guests earn points for varying stay criteria, or the loyalty awards can be calculated using a percentage of revenue generated, whereby guests earn loyalty based on the revenue spent at the property. This can be broken up into different revenue centres giving more loyalty points for money spent on curios or beverages for example. Loyalty Example: % Revenue Guest spends $ Accommodation = 5% Beverage = Curios = 10% Casino = 5% Loyalty based on Revenue spent = $85.00 Loyalty under guest account OR 85 Points, depending on the system configuration in GroupView Loyalty Statuses: (Configurable), e.g. Platinum, Gold or Silver (with graduating award rules per group) Member Profile - 5 -
6 Your customer relationship management (CRM) tool for individual hotels, lodges, resorts or hotel groups GroupView CRM and Marketing Features GroupView is a management tool for the hospitality industry. It is designed to provide management and staff with useful and accurate statistical information drawn from the actual transactions processed at the property level. This data is sent back to GroupView, giving the appropriate personnel a breakdown of all activities and revenue generating products at each property. The information is used to optimise the sale of popular products and services, and to keep the purchase details of all guests on record. The transaction history and interests of guests are also stored and can be used to aim meaningful marketing campaigns at market segments. Frequent guest numbers are also issued if the group wishes to make use of a loyalty programme, managing awards and redemptions in one source database. The regular guest as well as agents, with access, can redeem points and/or monetary discounts for future stays via your website, or via your reservationist.
