1 Class Menu The Affinage Class Menu is available to all distributors to create and support Affinage business. It contains carefully prepared courses that introduce, reinforce, and expand the use of Affinage products to salons and stylists. Current trends and techniques are essential to the curriculum and the courses are designed to promote knowledge and confidence while bringing the Affinage stylist to a higher level of creativity. As trends change so do our courses. Updates can be expected on a continual basis. Please follow the guidelines on the following pages. 4 Creative COLOR PLACEMENT Theory Demonstration Full Day (10am-4pm) Approved for only National level Educators Instruction and demonstration by Certified Affinage National and National Artistic Educators. Stylist will get hands on approach to many different placement techniques with the use of our new Head Sheet placement guides. Stylist will get to visually place placements on sheets to take home and recreate the creativity. Each stylist will get one Mannequin head to create their favorite color technique at the final hour of class with the help of the educator. Formulation and Application will also be discussed among the different tools that are used to create the look and placement of your design. Distributor must provide mannequin heads and Head Sheet Guides. (Head sheet Guides will be provided to distributor via master copy from Affinage and Distributor is required to make copies for Attendees.) Working kit must also be provided by Distributor. Color CERTIFICATION Course Theory & Hands-On Demo Two Full Days Full range of Affinage products Formulation & Application This is a two-part certification for stylist who are wanting an in-depth look at Affinage. Gain experience and confidence to enable the stylist to be successful and creative behind the chair. Learn about every aspect of our vast color line and supporting products. Formulation and Application will be hands on the second day to enable the stylist an up close experience in working with the color in a creative way and encourage creative thinking with formulation and placement. Pre-Lightening to Achieve Effects Application and Mixing Pastelising This class is designed to give current or new users to Affinage an in-depth look at the newly formulated COLOUR DYNAMICS and PASTELISER. Stylists will learn how to create vivid pops of color using simple to creative forms of application techniques among many new ways to create custom pastel shades for fashion looks and toning. COOL BLONDES & Fun Color Theory Hands-On Demonstration No Model Required Full Day (10am-4pm) A full day workshop introducing all bleaching and lightening products including High Lift 12 series, Lite, Ice Creme, Blonde and Spectrum. Learn how to properly tone and when to use the different options you have with Affinage including Satin, Converter, HotShotz, Color Dynamics and Cool Blonde. Color Dynamics will also be introduced and stylist will see how to create vibrant to subtle effects with the use of Pastelizer. Work on hair swatches only. FOILS NOT TOILS: A Placement Story Demonstration Optional Hands-On 1-2 hours Speed Foiling Improving on typical foiling techniques Products and Tools to be Used Foiling Products Blonde Balancing & Toning Beautiful results can be achieved with creative use of foils and formulations of Infiniti color. The Stylist will learn new foiling techniques, using new methods created to help achieve multidimensional color in a short amount of time. An intro into Kitoko with hands on demo. This class is designed to introduce the Kitoko line to the stylist to give them a better understanding of the features and benefits behind the product. This will enable the stylist to get the full benefits from the line and have the confidence to recommend the proper regime for each individual client. Mannequin heads will be used to demonstrate the various techniques necessary to accomplish the looks made infinitely popular among celebrities and the like.
