Each curricula is organized in pre-requisite order to build on each topic thereby saving you time. Roadmaps can be completed with a quarter or courses can be taken at a ore leisurely pace. Each portion of the curriculum you complete is documented and managed for you in our Learning Cloud systems. The curriculum is organized by typical job roles so that you may quickly identify what courses you need to take. 13 Task Support Tool for Operations Analysts The Task Support Tool has been developed to help billing and validation analysts find just the right EnergyIP information while on-the-job. The Task Tool is designed to deliver training and just-in-time information in small learning bytes. The byte-sized content includes lists, tips, troubleshooting details and short videos that are aligned to an analyst s daily workflow. Better yet, the web enabled Task Support Tool was designed to be used as a second screen window on one of your office monitors or it can be taken on the road with a phone or tablet.
