2 Two Types of Training Available Allegro training is available in a variety of training formats to provide students with flexible learning options. In addition to courses taught in our classrooms worldwide, we offer self-paced learning and classes at your own site. Instructor-Led Training Classroom training is our most traditional learning format. It enables students to engage in face-to-face interaction with instructors and other students in a typical classroom setting. Allegro can provide this training at your offices or at one of our global training facilities. If you prefer to come to our global headquarters in Dallas, Texas you can visit our Allegro Executive Briefing Center (EBC). The EBC offers the ideal atmosphere to promote effective in-class instruction as well as technically realistic laboratory exercises. The center also features a stateof-the-art, simulated trading floor environment that allows you to use Allegro solutions with test databases and real-time pricing and exchange data. From demonstrations of components catered to your business processes, to intensive classroom training, the EBC enables a comprehensive yet personalized learning experience. On-Demand Training Allegro on-demand training has been designed to provide customers and partners with the knowledge required to perform their roles with efficiency and effectiveness. Offered through our learning management portal, on-demand training is accessible globally simply using an internet browser and a broadband connection. The portal includes product introduction podcasts and online access to over 80 training courses that will not only allow your employees to become more productive during the early, critical stages of configuring and deploying Allegro solutions, but also assures that existing users have a complete understanding of their application. The portal structure has been designed to easily navigate each course and certification path, and includes exercises that allow students to apply the learning to real business scenarios. The goal is to facilitate a greater level of self sufficiency and extract maximum benefit from your Allegro solutions. On-demand access means: There are some definitive advantages to access the education-on-demand format. Online, 24x7 access results in a shortened learning curve and ramp up time of core project team members and end-users. This also means courses can be taken as needed to allow for individuals to learn at their own speed and so that courses can be taken as components are added or upgraded. Just-in-time training also means that Allegro can deliver educational courses to customers and partners as soon as the latest features become available. There s no waiting for instructor availability. The significant cost advantage of pre-recorded courses results in classes being available to more students. And, with more than 80 online classes available, there is a class or learning path available for every level of student. Select from lists of separate courses to create a customized learning path or choose from a suite of courses tied directly to a set path or certification level. Regardless of your choice, essential training can be optional or mandated by the company or managers to allow customers to take complete advantage of Allegro software features and to aid in managing risk.
