3 MANAGEMENT TEAM Pamela S. Mirabile, President Pamela has been with MIGU since its inception. A graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in commercial art, prior to launching MIGU, she was a prolific Creative Director in the print industry for 14 years. The heart and soul of MIGU, and highly knowledgeable in all phases of the business, Pamela is a most valuable resource to both company and customer alike. Lawrence J. Mirabile, Vice President & Secretary At MIGU, Larry is the man for all seasons. A wise veteran of the print industry, blessed with a boundless energy he brings to face every challenge. From quotations, to job planning and paper purchasing, to overseeing bindery operations, to just plain company troubleshooting, Larry gets it done. An integral component of MIGU s success, his customers know keeping pace with Larry makes good sense. Bill Trinchere, V.P. Of Sales & Marketing An RIT-Rochester Institute of Technology graduate, Bill honed his print career spending 15 years in production and customer service. 4 PERFORMANCE VIRBAC ANIMAL HEALTH Constructed online store for national animal healthcare company Virbac personnel order print, branded products, apparel, trade show equipment and product samples for national distribution to veterinarian customers included new product launches and overall volume in excess of 1mm in Printing, Promotional Products, Inventory Storage, and Fulfillment Services. MIGU saved Virbac over $50K by pursuing costsaving alternatives to agency supplied production specifications. AETNA Aetna preferred supplier of print collateral for direct mailings, for Arizona, Illinois, Virginia, and Pennsylvania divisions. In 2011 MIGU saved Aetna $30, by recommending and alternative paper which reduced the overall per piece weight thus reducing postage accordingly. 6 ABOUT MIGU In 1988 Migu Press began conducting business in Ivyland, Pennsylvania with three employees, one desk, one client, one printing press, and a dream of what could be accomplished with hard work, perseverance and dedication. Since moving in 1996 to our present facility in Warminster, the MIGU staff has grown to over 35 employees. With an average service of ten years, our people remain our most valuable asset, and key to our success. Commercial printing has evolved greatly, due to the rapid advancements in computer and graphic arts technology. MIGU moves forward by acquiring the latest advanced equipment and maintaining a continuing employee education and training program. MIGU is a certified woman-owned business through WBENC, the Women s Business Enterprise National Council. Over the years we have grown steadily, building successful, loyal client relationships.
