5 The Process 1. Consulting Communicating with you to determine your needs is the first step. I listen, ask questions and get a full understanding of what you want to accomplish. 2. Proposal Once I have all of the information and a complete picture of your vision, I'll formulate a plan of action including price and time to completion, and put it in writing. 3. Deposit Assuming everything is in order and you are ready to rock and roll, a deposit of 50% ( unless otherwise negotiated) is due to get the ball rolling. 4. Build I'll gather any available materials and content including any images, logo and branding materials and get to work. You may need to be available on occasion, and respond to my s (or preferred communication) for feedback, or to provide additional copy and information so that we stay on time and on budget. 5. Review No job is complete until it has been done to your satisfaction. This is where any adjustments or tweaks can be made and the fully functioning project made live. 6. Training I won't just throw it in your lap. I'll show you how to operate your admin panel, add posts and pages, as well as leave you with a series of easy to follow tutorial videos right in your dashboard to help you along the way. 7. Final Invoice If everyone is happy and all has been completed to your satisfaction, the final invoice is due. I will always stand behind and guarantee all of my work.
