1 Heavy Equipment - Maintenance System Specialist Take responsibility for heavy Equipment fleet of 100 units maintenance management system and implementation across all GVL s operating regions, groups of farms, or a division of the company, with posting to Sinoe or Grand Kru. Work closely with warehouse & oil palm materials Managers of each Region to establish and implement heavy duty spare parts and Materials Management System. Work closely with heavy duty equipment Maintenance Manager and Supervisors in Workshops of each Region to establish and implement heavy duty maintenance schedule and supplies needs forward plan Formulate standard operating procedures (SOP) and continuously evaluate and improve the scheduling Guide and train local maintenance schedulers and materials supervisors, assistant managers and managers to independently carry out their responsibilities Organize and perform skills and knowledge transfer to build further Liberian cadre of management and supervisors and in accordance of the company development plan Ensure environmental protection standards as regards maintenance chemicals and substances QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education o BSc in mechanical engineering, automotive, mobile or industrial plant (with 5 years experience) o or Diploma in engineering, automotive, mobile or industrial plant (with 10 years of experience) Minimum 5 years experience in o Fleet maintenance planning and management o Maintenance scheduling o Maintenance costing o BOM and work order preparation o Rotating spares management o Maintenance systems using SAP, Oracle or dedicated system o Spare parts Warehousing and Inventory Management Successful track record in o Previously implementing Maintenance Management System in fleet of 100 units minimum o Training of junior planning managers and workshop supervisors

To apply please follow the link: Finance and Control Oil Palm Operations - Vice President Formulate all financial, accounting, controls and related administrative policies and strategies in accordance with Liberian legislation, industry best practices and relevant standards Develop and update financial and budgetary aspects of GVL Development plan Manage all financial, accounting, controls and related administrative activities of GVL s operations to meet Concession Agreement requirements and company objectives Develop control systems and other requirements in accordance with Liberian regulations and Concession Agreement terms Establish required organization and staffing and develop local workforce to full proficiency in all financial, accounting, control and administrative processes Manage all financial aspects to meet strategic, operational and financial targets and objectives Train and develop cadre of Liberian management, officers and staff to become fully qualified in all financial, accounting, control and administrative processes QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Minimum 20 years experience in all aspects of international project development, in Agriculture and Trading and Industrial sectors at minimum General Manager level Successful track record in: Meeting challenging financial, compliance and reporting targets in commercial large scale operations in emerging/ middle tier markets Designing financial management systems to manage budgets, meet deadlines and meet international performance standards Management and training of finance departments ranging from field operations to international headquartered teams

Warehouse & Oil Palm Materials - Regional Manager Responsible for the management of GVL s inventory and warehousing operation in regional sites, in line with established policies and procedures. Reporting to Sr. Manager Farms Finance & Control Plan, Propose and Implement relevant solutions to meet storage, warehousing and inventory keeping requirements, as guided by Managers Development budgets and performance measures to meet approved plans Plan, implement and monitor inventory controls, record keeping and reporting systems Ensure and supervise appropriate and approved procedures and systems are operated in the Warehouse operations. Capture any exceptions and solve these together with senior management Maintain accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control ensuing that relevant records are properly maintained. Deficiency in any is a serious failure of duty. Formulate and maintain forward plan of supply and replenishment requirements Monitor the performance of the organization and staffs and take action on any inefficiency or discrepancy. Develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors and other cadre to meet company s staffing objectives, through a structured plan Establish and maintain good labor and social practices in accordance with policies QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Minimum years experience in warehousing and inventory management Previously reached Assistant Manager or Manager level in recognized internationally managed commercial company or large international NGO Successful track record in Previously managing warehousing and inventory in land development projects, infrastructure works or open pit mines, medical care with complex warehousing requirements and sophisticated systems

4 Deployment of warehousing and inventory standards and methods such as FIFO, LIFO and Bin Cards Management and training of warehouse assistant managers or supervisors Passed inventory audits & stock take with no or minimal discrepancy in previous completed financial year Please submit cover letter and CV in a single PDF file. To apply please follow the link: Finance and Control Oil Palm Operations - Senior Manager Take responsibility for Finance and Control (F&C) activities in assigned scope which may be GVL operating region, group of farms, a large farm or a division of company, with posting to Sinoe or Grand Kru. Implement GVL s financial policies. Develop, manage and control approved budgets. Manage and control treasury function for assigned scope including farm payroll. Prepare monthly cash flow projections, statements & actual versus projected analysis. Manage financial and asset risks. Conduct monthly reviews and evaluations of actual cost incurred against budget. Conduct cost-control evaluations and initiatives. Manage and consolidate all financial and management accounting pertaining to the conditions and requirements stipulated by GVL policies, management decisions, the Concession Agreement and Liberian and international accounting standards, for the assigned scope Supervise staff in the assigned F&C department sections. Coach, train and continuously guide your F&C staff to achieve high proficiency and professionalism in all accounting, financial administration and business control processes. Conduct and implement career and succession planning, skills& knowledge transfer and performance evaluation of your team

5 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS A. Academic & Professional Qualifications BBA, BSc (Accounting, Management or Administration) Degree. MBA would be an advantage. Membership of an accredited professional accounting body (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc., ) an advantage. B. Professional, Proven Work Experience years work experience in a fast paced multinational/cross border business operation or corporation years experience in the Oil Palm industry. 5 years experience in a senior finance & accounting managerial role having supervised more than 15 staff. Hands on experience with internationally recognized computerized, integrated, modular accounting and financial system. Successful track record in meeting challenging financial, compliance and reporting targets. Experience in training a new, growing finance team. Liberian citizenship preferred. C. Skills Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook. Financial modeling, review & analysis in an Excel spreadsheet, able to write and utilize formulas. SAP multiuser integrated accounting software or other major system. Good written ( s & letters) and verbal communications in English Synthesis of complex or diverse information and developing workable implementation plans. D. Traits Proactive, independent self starter, team player, loyal, honest, helpful, good character. E.
