3 CRM API v1.0 The SuiteBox API is available for partner CRMs. We use a RESTful style web api, with basic authentication over SSL. Once a CRM is validate it must pass its credentials with each call. API URL: POST /meeting Create a new Video Meeting for a CRM user and their customer. The request is a POST from the CRM to the SuiteBox API. SuiteBox will return the MeetingID, MeetingKey and MeetingURL to the CRM. The CRM can then save this against the Activity and optionally calendar the event and send the invite to the customer. REQUEST PARAMETER DESCRIPTION EXAMPLE UserID The unique identifier for the host (CRM user) UserName The hosts name John Brown CustomerID The unique identifier for the client (customer) in the CRM PB02347 CustomerName The clients name Lisa Baker Customer The clients .
