Required to plan, organize, and schedule program testing as well as to meet with both military and civilian defense contractors to insure timely project completion. As a naval aviator, amassed over 3500 flight hours in
3 five different aircraft and made five overseas deployments aboard four different aircraft carriers. Director of Aviation and Industrial Safety for an organization of over 1000 personnel flying 12 dissimilar aircraft. Amassed over 65,000-accident free flight hours; successfully ran a two-year accident free driving program. Received Chief of Naval Operation s Safety Award and several other aviation and driving safety awards. Combat veteran, spent 2 + tours in Vietnam from as a United States Marine, and participated in 12 major combat operations. Top Secret Security Clearance with (SBI) Special Background Investigation Research and Publications: 2009-Present: Submitted: Submitted: Seed Grant Funded ($15,000): Determining the Computer Literacy and Tablet/Smartphone Devices Currently Utilized by Directors, Teachers, and Military Parents/Dependents at Military Installations Childhood Development Centers.
