TOURISM INFORMATION: Due to the specificity of this degree all language levels involve special skills and a better knowledge of both spoken and written skills including technical vocabulary COOKING AND FOOD PRODUCTION: The subject of Coking Arts and Cooking Arts / Baking and Confectionery take the whole year even though they are divided into semesters. i.e. to take the whole credits you need to take both semesters or SPEAK to the teachers and take them in different classes BUT in the same semester. LEISURE MANAGEMENT AND TOURISM ENTERTAINMENT: for security reasons the following subjects cannot be taken by ERASMUS students: Sport and Adventure Tourism (2nd Semester) Tourism Entertainment Planning and Management (2nd Semester) Sport Entertainment (1st Semester) - students will have to speak to the Professor in charge (Paulo Figueiredo) before enrolling. All the other practical subjects demand that the students are there from day one as to check that they meet all the essential requirements. It is also important that students check with the teachers to make sure they know how to swim, ride a bike, etc. 9/8
