Our training programs are always created in close partnership with you to ensure that your learning experience is as effective and efficient as possible. Enablon Learning Process Plan Deliver Follow-up Work with the Enablon Project Manager to define your learning needs Create learning roadmap with you considering our many learning options Deliver training using the selected learning vehicle(s) as determined in the roadmap Ongoing monitoring of efficiency and effectiveness of deliveries Evaluate student comments including enhancements/changes as needed Ongoing contact with you to support the learning of new solution features/enhancements Training is held in English by default, other languages upon request. A complete and effective training roadmap requires a minimum two weeks preparation time. The duration recommended for each course described in this catalog may be adapted according to the complexity of your solution.

9 What We Offer 9 Training Equipment All workstations (according to number of students) used during the workshops should be set up as follows: Internet browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or ulterior, Firefox 1.5 or ulterior); Microsoft Office 2000 or ulterior, for extracting reports into the MS Office suite; Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 minimum (version 8 or ulterior recommended) or other compatible reader for PDF 1.3 format; 1 temporary storage folder with 20 Mb available; 1 connection to the solution hosting server; Depending on the type of format used to generate reports: Flash Java Macromedia Flash Player 6.x or ulterior Any versions of JVM The training is conducted on a dedicated training platform. Related Costs For On-site training (in your office), the client will be responsible for instructor expenses (air travel, ground transport, accommodations, and meals). Enablon will communicate our capped rates to the client upon completed project requirements definition. Off-site training (in an Enablon or partner office) includes a classroom equipped with training application connectivity. The client may elect to have students bring their own laptops or have workstations provided with the classroom. Meals and beverages can also be included. A Webcast session is typically organized into hour sessions of no more than two hours. Please contact us for training cost estimates! However, Enablon s impressive variety of learning options ensures that there is a right fit for every learner, regardless of role or level, to accommodate learning needs and busy schedules, from a two-day in-person course to a two-hour webcast to a two-minute e-learning segment.
