4 01 LY Series L150/200SY Basic Features Which Can Cover All Machining Process with Only One Initial Setting 01 Roller Type LM Guide The adjustable speed on The L150/200SY Series uses roller guideways that are sturdy as well as feature adjustable speed on feed mechanism which reduces idle time. YAxis : Ball Type LM Guide Spindle 02 The main spindle has become sturdier by enlarging its diameter and thickness. 9 Spindle Thermally Symmetrical Headstock By enlarging the spindle s diameter and thickness, and using only verified bearings, its rigidity is increased significantly. This contributes to improved durability and provides a high quality surface finish on every finished part. CAxis Control and sub spindles are controlled with Caxis. Contour machining with the C axis is also possible, enabling the operator to machine outer shapes and pockets using live tools and Yaxis.
