AUDITORIUM 18 MAIN STREET Sutter Creek, California AGENDA The meeting will be called to order and a quorum determined at 1:00 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America. 1. PUBLIC MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA. Any person may address the Committee regarding matters not on the agenda and within their purview. 2. COMMITTEE MATTERS Discussion/Recommendation A. BUILDING PERMIT - RECONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL 34 BOSTON ALLEY (APN ) Zoning District: Residential (R1) Historic District Committee recommendation to issue Design Clearance for reconstruction of a 5 retaining wall. B. BUILDING PERMIT ROOF MOUNT SOLAR 175 SPANISH STREET (APN ) Zoning District: Residential (R1) Historic District Committee recommendation to issue Design Clearance for a new 7.28 KW Roof Mount Solar System. C. BUILDING PERMIT EXTERIOR REPAIR OF BUILDING & PAINT 28 MAIN STREET (APN ) Zoning District: Downtown Commercial (DTC) Main Street Historic District Committee recommendation to issue Design Clearance for structural repairs to the rear of the building and new paint color. If the Committee determines the project is not a significant modification to the exterior of the structure, and recommends Design Clearance, a building permit will be processed for the project. 2. If the Committee determines the project is a significant modification to the exterior of the structure, the Committee recommendation will be forwarded to the Planning Commission for consideration. 3. If denied by the Design Review Committee, the applicant may revise and resubmit their plan based on the Committee recommendation or appeal the decision to the Planning Commission. Page 6 of 6
